Where can I get a new audio cable or pouch?
If you lost any of these items or if you're outside of your one year warranty, you can find them for purchase in our store here. You may be eligible to have the shipping costs on that order refunded to you so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and the new order number for the missing items.
If any of those items broke and you're still under our warranty, we'd be happy to replace them for you. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your original order number.
