I’m only getting sound out of one side, what should I do?
If you have another audio cable, please try using it with your Connect+ headphones to see if that fixes the problem. If your cable broke and you're still under our warranty, we'd be happy to replace them for you. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number.
If you're outside of your one year warranty, you can find them for purchase in our store here. You may be eligible to have the shipping costs on that order refunded to you so please email us at email@example.com with your original order number and the new order number for the missing items.
